Dear guests,
For years, we have maintained the wonderful tradition of hosting a Greek BBQ every Wednesday at our establishment. We warmly invite you to join us and share in an evening of delightful experiences
Here is the itinerary for our BBQ night:
- The meeting point is Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the parking lot. From there, we will drive together to the butcher at the Dielas supermarket, the first supermarket after the intersection near the house.
- At the supermarket, you can browse the selection of Souvlaki and Bifteki and decide how much you would like to purchase for yourself and your family. I will then gladly place the order to ensure we receive fresh and authentic Greek products.
- Please pay for your meat at the checkout and hand it over to me at the house so that I can note your room number on it to avoid any confusion with other guests.
- I will prepare the meat with homemade marinade and spices for the BBQ evening. We will serve it with French fries and homemade Tzatziki. If you would like a salad, please prepare it yourself for your family. You are also responsible for bringing your own beverages, although I will provide the Ouzo.
- We plan to start eating around 7:00 p.m.
- Please note that you do not need to bring any utensils, plates, or glasses from your room. We will provide everything in the outdoor kitchen where we will also dine. Each guest is kindly asked to clean their used dishes in the outdoor kitchen and return them to their place.
These communal BBQ evenings have always been a highlight in the past and have been greatly appreciated by our guests. Participation is entirely optional, but we would be delighted to welcome you on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. at the parking lot for a delightful evening together.
Warm regards and see you soon!
